The combo brow cosmetic tattoo service blends both hair-like strokes and shading into one blended outcome using a powder brow technique and microblading to create the appearance of filled in natural brows. This permanent make up procedure makes the brow look fuller and slightly more pigmented than what can be achieved by just microblading alone. Your Evoluer Microblading and PMU brow technician will blend the procedure colors with already existing hairs creating a natural, masculine result. Cancellation Policy

Cancelations that are made before 7 days of scheduled services that rebook their appointment will be able to rollover their deposit amount to the new appointment. Cancelations that do not rebook or cancel within 7days of their appointment will forfeit deposit for appointment as to cover loss of room rental fees.
